All items are custom made and can take up to 8 business days to print, frame, and package.
Once dispatched, typical delivery times are 2-4 business days for Metro areas and 5-8 business days for regional areas.

Our frames are made of solid wood and, depending on the style, they may have a wooden veneer or a painted surface. Each frame is made to order in our Melbourne workshop, and will protect your artwork for years to come.

Every frame is carefully packaged using custom protective packaging, so damage in transit is rare.

If your order does arrive damaged, don’t worry - shipping is covered by insurance from the courier. Take some photos and get in touch - we’ll organise a replacement right away.

Each frame is constructed with UV acrylic, which gives 100% clarity the same as glass, except UV acrylic is lighter and only 2-3mm thick.
